DUCC sets 2 system properties that let jobs create additional log files next to
the DUCC-created console log ... APs should have the same privilege.
Since APs may not be Java DUCC could instead set a single environment variable,
perhaps DUCC_LOG_BASENAME. Programs would still have to add the PID and suffix.
