Note: this issue is about the files which the volunteer 3rd party mirrors have
to carry, NOT the UIMA website.
AIUI there is no need to delete files from the UIMA website.
It does not make sense to delete the documentation if a redirect is then needed.
However if the docs are really not needed, they could be deleted.
