2) Concerning the v2/ folder contributed by Tim Burks. This was contributed
last year but doesn't seem to be used?
There are two options:
a) There are no plans to use this code, so we remove it.
b) We (a PMC member) reach(es) out to Tim to ask him to sign an ICLA and
acknowledge that his contribution can be assigned to the ASF under ALv2 license.
