Hi all, please don't be discouraged ... actually not getting a release by Justin is actually considered a measure for being a real podling ;-)
Some questions I think you could simply respond to the way you do ... in the raphchi-java the main pom doesn't seem to have a license setting. A lot of files have Apache headers, but not all. There are still a lot of files without any real header. If the maintainer clearly states all is Apache, that should be ok for us.
