Hi Guys, Is this something that could be an option to use? I understand that E-Mail is the way to communicate, but when it comes to discussions about a specific topic, it is a good idea to have it in a discussion forum like format. I do n't know if it is against any ASF policies, but if not, could we please enable GitHub discussions? What do you guys think?
