You can have a look at PEM project on Gna. This is still a work in progress, but it works, at least for the site it was designed for.

Hi all The Extension project is facing a problem actually regarding the web site design. A graphical mockup has been proposed (http://hooboo.free.fr/OOoext/), some first database tables proposed and feedback required on some implementation (http://www.cusoo.org/extensions/proto1/).
