By using nonav just after the domain, we can turn off all, hence the
name, surrounding navigation that the collab system likes to impose on
all the pages it serves, try e.g.

I find it easier to use the 'no suffix' trick when I want to suppress
the Collabnet stuff - see

I'm assuming that the new design has to work within the Collabnet CMS -
at least until we move onto new hosting infra.
