We are no longer talking about a homepage redesign or some new

As Christian pointed out the style changes affect several standard CEE
pages like

The left-hand navbar is missing, the font is too small, the accentuation
of elements (blue background, alternating row colors) is gone,
Last not least I still struggle with the Tabs. These are examples,
aren't they? Otherwise I would like to see at least "Download" to be added.
