This unfortunately is not supported by CEE directly. One would set up
this locally. (i.e. have one user subscribed and let a script reply to the
original poster)
This can be done of course, but there is no switch in CEE that could be
flipped (at least not via the regular mailinglist-administration
interface)

As this is probably what some moderators do already (in addition to
approving the mail), I don't have any objections - I take it that this
is the consensus of the "regulars" on the above mentioned lists...
