Hi Clayton, Nino, all, It's been a week since the last post to this thread. Perhaps it might help to get something up that addresses the most basic concerns, and then keep the discussion going about moving on to bigger (and hopefully better) things. At the moment it does not seem like much progress is being made with regard to this.
