There has been some talk of doing this. No specifics.. just some brainstorming for ideas. One of the hurdles we face with all of the traditional OOo documentation is accessibility to the sources. It's tied up in a format and process that has a high entry barrier. We as a doc project would really like to lower that barrier so that more people can and are inclined to help. The CMS Evaluation was/is the beginnings of that idea process. It hasn't been taken a long way yet, and needs to be discussed with the whole project. I hope we can liven that up a bit later this year.
