I typically browse with JavaScript turned off.
That's not the problem.
The problem is that your needs-JavaScript message looks grammatically
dorky.
As it appears, it says: "This page needs javascript.
If javascript is disabled, the page will not shown correct!"
I recommend that you replace "will not shown correct" with "will not be
shown correctly".
