Hi Sophie, all, This is a known issue that has been present for some time, even before the refresh. Please see issue #94328. I cannot do anything about it as the CollabNet system is serving the user a cached copy of the page (potentially leading to some quirks such as users seeing themselves logged in as someone else) - I suspect this needs to be changed by a server admins. But apart from the many times this issue has been discussed and mentioned on this mailing list, it seems that nothing has been done about it :(.
