Hello again.... Well I think this whole issue on language packs, and the apparent omission of some of them from the DL page and redirection, might be relatively easy to explain. The language array used in generating the DL versions DOES currently redirect users to some native-lang sites but only, apparently some of the "Level 2" sites...see info at
http://projects.openoffice.org/native-lang.html I'm not sure why this is setup this way exactly. Mostly, this relies on JS detection to supply the user language. It would be easy enough to add ALL the native-lang abbreviations and redirects to this list, but I guess I'm not sure at the moment, if these are legal language abbreviations with respect to what would be identified by JS, and so we would be back where we are now. Does anyone have any insights into this? -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- MzK "Better to get up late and be wide awake than to get up early and be asleep all day." -- Anonymous [ my feeling EXACTLY!!!! ] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
