As you know, I am certainly in favor. Yet I am struck by the general
lack of interest from our fellow admins, who would be most directly
involved. Maybe if we had our own list, we'd get to know each other
better. (Although the WikiBot is probably not much on conversation.)
The benefits to general users, and the Webmasters readers, are another plus.
I would hope to see small problems, like that user's unsubscribe request
you just handled, cc'ed to such a list, so other admins would know to
handle that kind of problem in the same fashion. Indeed, replies to
users who post to the list would normally be cc'ed to the user's direct
address.
The contents of the list might be usefully scavenged, as well, for
inclusion in a Help:Sysop/HowTo page.
