Many of us will enjoy the holidays without bothering about projects like
this. It's a good step if we find a bit time to play in the new
environment ;-)
At first we need to map features we currently use to kenai services and
fill gaps if necessary. In parallel significant efforts are necessary to
prepare scripts to transfer the data (issues, users, list archives, ...)
from our current site to a new one.
Experience from other projects lead to an estimation of ~3 month.
I hope that answers Volker's question too.
I can imagine the migration is a lot of work...
