Yah, I agree.  I looked a bit at that, but fixing the location requires
a fair bit of fiddling in the CSS, and I didn't have the time to look
into that deeper.

This is configurable... we can add as many or as few levels and
categories as we need.  Right now it's only using the defaults.
Configuring it of course requires that we wade our way through the
documentation on FlaggedRevs and come up with the array variable
contents that we need.
