I think using the English to discuss is consider for more audiences
across the world,  with the help of translator service it's not big
challenge for the average chinese developer to get involved.
We could set up a rule in the mailing list or gitter to discuss the
question in English. From my experience it's a big first step to build
the  internationalized community.
