hmmm... maybe not. Local testing shows that a 401.cgi script can't (apparently)
see the auth header response:
{{Www-Authenticate: Basic realm="ASF Members and Officers"}}
It doesn't show up in ENV nor in _.params or other CGI methods you can call
there from wunderbar.
I've added 404.cgi, which at least shows the path, but I'm stuck on adding the
realm to display in a 401.cgi
