Question: Dave, did Sam's reply answer your question? Or were you instead
asking about two separate reminders *before* a board meeting - perhaps one
you'd send a week early saying "hey, due" and one to send two days before hand
saying "Submit immediately or else do it next month"?
Observation: since the button pops up your email client to send the mail,
there's a limit to how much custom logic we should put in the tooling vs.
simply having directors edit the messages before sending.
