/srv/mail/board has a copy of messages to the board. There shouldn't be a need
to ask if a matching subject line in a message > 72 hours was found. This
check could be done asynchronously once a name is selected. In fact, a list of
pending additions could be prefetched, eliminating the need to select a name at
all.
