Let me see if I understand.
left arrow -> move cursor left within characters already in cell; if already at
leftmost position, nothing
right arrow -> move cursor right within characters already in cell; if already
at rightmost position, nothing
up arrow -> move cursor to cell immediately above current cursor cell; if
already at top cell, nothing
down arrow -> move cursor to cell immediately below current cursor cell; if
already at bottom cell, nothing
