Matt Sicker commented on WHIMSY-334:
------------------------------------
The PR by Sam looks like it should fix what I'm seeing here. The expected
behavior is that browser-default keybindings are what happens when using them
inside an input or textarea element. Otherwise, the page can capture keyboard
input and continue interpreting it as keyboard shortcuts in Whimsy.
> Pressing up arrow in software grant textarea changes the current page

> When I try to move my cursor around a textarea in the software grant form,
> this gets interpreted as some sort of keyboard shortcut rather than moving
> the cursor. This causes me to lose my work which can sometimes be a rather
> substantial amount of text transcribed from the doc.
