Oh, right, that's based on the original proxy form. I can't even remember where
I got it from.
I think it is pretty clear that the three years is a statement of law, whereas
the proxy assignment is what the person is signing to, but I had meant to
simplify the whole process this year before shit happened. We should just hold
this one until after the meeting.
