Alex Heneveld resolved WHIRR-589.
---------------------------------
Resolution: Invalid
Assignee: Alex Heneveld
No, sorry, it does follow the redirect, I noticed curl has been aliased in the
script to use -L. It's just timing out. Don't suppose anyone can fix the
internet in this hotel ha ha.
> elasticsearch URL redirects to cloud.github.com but curl doesn't follow it

>
> Key: WHIRR-589
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WHIRR-589
> Project: Whirr
> Issue Type: Bug
> Environment: OS X (this might invalidate the problem, but it seems
> more general)

> elastic search URL is defined as:
> https://github.com/downloads/elasticsearch/elasticsearch/elasticsearch-0.19.0.tar.gz}
> this redirects to:
> and curl (for me) wouldn't follow the redirect, so bailed out.
> should we use the cloud.github.com URL ?
