I have moved the RFC to a github repository so that it can be tracked more easily, and that you can comment inline into the document. If you wish to help out by writing parts, I can add you as a committer to the repository.
Also, the document has been expanded with query parameters (4.3) and bean parameters (4.4), and a section for common use cases, such as reusable parameters (see section 8.1). Martijn
