I'm not sure redeploying is going to solve this issue. The warning are there because these modules have only minimal pom where they do not have any dependencies deployed. It is because there modules are Eclipse plugins/bundles build using Eclipse PDE based builders rather than Maven. In order to make the maven build successful, we have defined the minimal poms for them. So in that case I don't see a way how you can overcome the current issue.
