At the moment Neethi 2.0.4-wso2v4 use 1.2.11 version for builds but it should use axiom_1.2.11.wso2v2. This will cause duplicate/incorrect dependencies when someone use Neethi 2.0.4-wso2v4 as a Maven dependency, an an example please see AS "Axis2Module" sample.
