Hi Hanen, When you called the RemoteUserStoreManager admin service, you have to use the particular tenant admin's credentials to authenticate in the SOAP client. Then the user will be added to the particular tenant when you browse the LDAP you would see the user is created. Let us know if this is not the case so we can guide you.
