Hi Lahiru,

I stringly belive that this device can be used to monitor and manage both
laptops and desktops so can we change the device type name to some thing
more genaralized.

And at the enterprise level where people manage and monitor computers they
intent to ask for the following features as well,

   - Installing patches

<https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/windows-patch-management.html>
   - Installing software

<https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/windows-software-installation.html>
   - Managing software licenses

<https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/software-license-management.html>
   - Monitoring software usage statistics
   - Managing USB device usage
   - Taking control of remote desktops
   - Manage data Encryption

IMHO I think we can include most of the above features and it will be in
our best interest to include those or at least include them in our roadmap.

Thanks and Best Regards,
