Description:
We should confirm that there's an open issue for any test we know we're
failing, at the very least...
build.sh api: Target "api" does not exist in the project "testxsl".
build.sh conf: Fail-cases=2, Fail-checks=5
build.sh conferr: Fail-checks=6-, Fail-cases=18, Ambg-checks=2
build.sh exslt: Fail-checks=1-, Fail-cases=1, Ambg-checks=2
build.sh extensions: Fail-cases=1, Fail-checks=4
build.sh perf: Fail-checks=1, Errr-cases=1,Errr-checks=2
