Just a gentle poke: Pull requests are awaiting action

I still don't have merge authority, so I can't accept them myself. If 
someone who does have that authority could act to approve or reject, 
that would be appreciated.

(If I'm supposed to have that authority, confirmation of that and advice 
on who to poke to get it enabled would also be appreciated.)
