+1 (binding)

All checks were passed described in the "Verification" section of the
"Managing a Release" document.

I found some markdown renderer doesn't render the lists in RELEASENOTES.md
as expected due to the lack of blank lines between the previous line and
the list (YETUS-280 and YETUS-229. YETUS-70 is OK because it has a blank
line between them). But it's not critical for the release.
