Some special notes for this particular release: * A reminder: There are a _lot_ of incompatible/surprising changes. Go through the release notes and note things that require expansion. (We can always update them post-release for the website.) For those using GitHub tokens, you _really_ _really_ want to switch to a Github App token if you are using a GitHub Personal Access Token in order to get repo:status write capability.
* The verification steps don't cover the GitHub action because we need a container for it. The container can't get built until we do a release. Hooray catch-22!
