Got it, yes, I think this is exactly what needs to be documented, like:

Tests XXXX are excluded as they depend on BigQuery service which does not
have mock at the moment. So in order to run them manually you need:
- create a new project in GCE (?with some permissions?)
- copy project id from YYYY to `resources/constants.json`
- run them from GCE instance using `mvn ....`
