@jeffsteinmetz I had a typo in the default template, it should be fixed now
and %r show up. Thanks for catching!
You are correct that build-distr won't include this --- when we made the
work plan for getting the PR merged, we had a consensus to take that item and
deal with it separately, so we could get the PR merged and move on as soon as
possible.
