I just spent 3 hours trying to replicate the error. I cannot replicate it
on Ubuntu or OSX with Spark 1.5.2 or Spark 1.6.
Looking at the error closely, CI is not making Spark available to the
testing suite, which is essentially the issue it's been since September.
