Zeppelin configuration getStringValue returns only one value for a property 
name. getStringValue(String name, String d) returns the value for the property 
name but sometimes multiple values are expected comma ',' separated by the 
NotebookRepoSync constructor allStorageClassNames  and 
org.zeppelin.interpreter.InterpreterFactory String[] interpreterClassList member
