Zeppelin configuration getStringValue() returns multiple values commaâ¦
### What is this PR for?
ZeppelinConfiguration getStringValue(String name,String d) returns only a
single value. To have it return multiple comma separated values. These multiple
values are used by NotebookRepoSync and interpreterClassList in
InterpreterFactory in zeppelin-zengine
