Regarding wiki, in Zeppelin wiki page, we have draft "Board resolution (DRAFT) for the graduation <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/ZEPPELIN/Board+resolution+%28DRAFT%29+for+the+graduation>" and i think we can just update it.
