@lixiaofeng I think you're right. It's likely that this test typically works 
because that quorum member (s5) usually gets elected as leader (typically it's 
the server with the largest server id, all things otherwise being equal). But 
there's likely a timing issue that sometimes results in someone else becoming 
the leader (say s5 is delayed in startup). I've been meaning to fix this but 
haven't gotten around to it. feel free to give it a try. thx.
