Does RemoveWatchesTest really need to take 5 minutes to run?

This is from a recent precommit build:

305.257 sec
and in my box:

[junit] Running org.apache.zookeeper.RemoveWatchesTest
[junit] Tests run: 46, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 
306.188 sec

It'd be good to fix this (ZOOKEEPER-2062).
