This is very timely, because I had been in the process of writing a proposal
for a migration to Yetus for our pre-commit. I just posted my proposal to the
dev list.
I recommend that any additional pre-commit enhancement be deferred until after
that discussion settles. If everyone agrees on migrating to Yetus, then it
would be wasted effort to fix the current ZooKeeper test-patch.sh script to run
Checkstyle.
I haven't quite had a chance to review this patch, but I'll put it into my
queue. Thanks!
