[~rakeshr] The last NPE was caused by uninitialized {{hostname}} field of
{{QuorumServer}}. It's fixed now. All unit tests are green. What I am going to
do next:
* Have a second pass to compare the diff between branch-3.5 and branch-3.4
w.r.t ZOOKEEPER-1045 patch to make sure I don't accidentally left any ports
behind.
* Do some cluster level testing.
