until the replica that the client is connected to catches up with the leader.
I am not sure if this is the case here since this test has a single
instance of ZooKeeper Server and not a quorum. IMO, the conditional timeout
should be good enough to make this test completely deterministic. Suggest if
you feel otherwise.
