Hello Everyone
As communicated earlier, zookeeper 3.6.3 release process will start around
March 15, 2021 but after 3.7.0 release.
Somehow 3.7.0 release has not happened.

Now I am thinking to go ahead with 3.6.3 release as both releases are
independent.

There are around 10 flaky tests in branch-3.6.3 and few JIRAs targeted to
brach-3.6. I will conclude these things and then cut rc0

Is it OK? Any other suggestions?

Thanks & Regards
Arshad
