This is on me.  I have had a *very* hard time finding time to focus on a 
ZooKeeper release in the past weeks.  (Unrelated) emergencies I couldn't ignore 
have been popping up left and right.  I'm sorry about that!

My last attempt at a release candidate was stopped by a CVE, and the tests 
still weren't quite stable.  I haven't had a chance to work on them since then.

I am planning to try again ASAP, but my "P" has been as flaky as the test 
suite...

If you can dedicate some time to the tests, that would greatly help the
3.7.0 release, too.
