Hmm, how can the IncompatiblePciDevice protocol specify that IO bars should be ignored? Seems I can override the size using EFI_ACPI_ADDRESS_SPACE_DESCRIPTOR.AddrLen. I can't set the length to zero though because setting AddrLen to 0 means "no overide". Is there another way to have edk2 ignore an PCI bar?
