Ops! Some of my clients doens't do that in their SMSCs (resource saving reasons), ie, they don't retry deliver_sm as frequent as needed sometimes. It can get me in trouble when dealing with high-volatily (expiration) messages, for example, when a sms expires in 10 minutes and the SMSC's delivery_sm doesn't come fast enough.
Any suggestion?
