Hi Bruno, I have to veto against the new WIN32 define from your patch to configure.in and the gwlib/cfg.c.
Kannel is supported via the Cygwin POSIX.1 emulation layer and not currently to the native Win32 system style. Hence the path slashes should *not* be modified in any way. The WIN32 define is yet not necessary unless you want to support the win32 native version, which we currently not do! I'll leave the 'include a dir' feature, but will exclude the WIN32 define and path translation from cvs right now.
